Some days I feel like my life is all together and other days I feel like it’s in shambles!
Some days I feel like the stars are aligned and everything is as it should be, and other days I feel like being locked in a padded room while screaming fuccckkk at the top of my lungs and punching walls.
Some days I feel like the worlds biggest social butterfly and other days the thought of being around people is draining and nauseating.
Some days I’m strong enough to handle the issues that are thrown at me, and other days I fold like a card table.
Some days I feel like fuck. Fuck this, fuck that, fuck you.
What do you do when the theme of your day feels like fuck? You allow yourself the “padded room” moment, regroup and refocus.
So often we don’t allow ourselves the opportunity to just be human; to feel.
Not allowing yourself an outlet to get rid of that energy will cause it to manifest as anger, sickness, anxiety or depression.
